In this video, we discuss how to change mobile number in vehicle registration.
If you have an RC of any vehicle and you want to change or add a mobile number with your RC, you can easily do it online.
You can also follow the steps below for 'RC Mobile Number Change'.
1. Go to www.paraivahan.gov.in and click on the first search result.
2. Click on the 'Vehicle Registration Related Service' option on the home page of the website.
3. Now you have to click on ‘Delhi & Sikkim’ option and if you are from that state then click on ‘Other States’ option.
4. Now enter your vehicle registration number in the option displayed on the screen and then click 'Continue'.
5. Now you will see some options in this new page. Click on the 'Mobile Number Update' option.
6. A new page will open, where you enter your chassis number and engine number and click 'Show details'.
7. On this page you will find all the details related to your RC. You will see your old mobile number here, and the space will appear empty if you have not previously entered your mobile number in your RC. Enter the new mobile number in the 'Enter mobile number' option.
8. Then click on the ‘Get OTP’ option.
9. You will receive an OTP on your new mobile number.
Enter your mobile number and submit on this page. Your mobile number will be successfully updated.
