Decathalon Coach app is free, customized, also with different kinds of sport training set ups which includes walking, running, cross training, pilates, yoga, fitness, cardioworkouts, strength traing and so on. In this app you are guided by voice coaching and exercise videos. You can fix your goals which you need to bring about. Decathalon coach is there  to help you out accomplish your goal. The app monitor your performance which adapts you to the 80 sports which is being tracked.

 You can practice your favorite sport with the help of the voice coach. If you are planning to lose your weight, the app will provide you workouts you neede. You will stay motivated and  you will get back in to the shape. You can findout various workouts and  also customize the workouts you need to get back to your body shape or to maintain it.

Install the app, open the app, now you should login to the account. Enter your E mail ID, if you do not have an account in decalthalon you have an option to create the account, tap on that option and enter your last name, first name, date of birth and you can create a password and login to the platform where you will get proper guidance to get fit and get back to your body shape. You have to read the permissions reguired and tick it and go ahead. You have an option to select the sports that would like to practice with decathalon coach.
